Worship

Worship services at First United Methodist Church are designed to bring people together as the body of Christ and minister to their spiritual needs by proclaiming the Gospel.

Sunday morning worship service is held at 10:00 a.m. with fellowship time at 9:30 a.m.  Children’s Sunday School is during worship. Sunday morning classes for adults begins at 8:45 a.m. and at 11:15 a.m.

The service includes music by our adult choir, as well as, occasional instrumental music and soloists.  We are very fortunate in our community to have special musicians from Inspiration Point Fine Arts Colony’s summer presentations who bring an added blessing to our services.

Communion is offered on the first Sunday of each month, and all are welcome to participate.

A casual worship service is held on Sunday evening beginning at 6:00 p.m. in our fellowship hall with music in a variety of styles, prayer, scripture and a message. A free meal is provided at 5:30 p.m. with music also.

Child care is provided during worship services.
